You have to literally reset the entire router to get back into web admin. Once you choose to do so it keeps alerting you that another user is logged on. We're getting a new modem and router and I won't be putting my money into any AARIS products again.Īpp no longer fetches router information, worse when you proceed to log in to router via web manager a pop up alerts you that someone is already logged on to web admin and add sad asks if you want to log them off.
